In the first method, it will be cost no money for a conversion software to meet your need, while in the next 2 methods I am a friend you should purchase a converter for the PDF conversion. Of course, freeware online also may help you change PDF to your required format, which just need you to search out.

1. Feed your PDF to a third-party PDF hosting website for a link
There are quite a lot of free website which is able to host PDF files, ie. FreePDFHosting, KeepandShare, Zoho Docs, Google Docs, et. Go to the home page and upload your PDF to the third party website. Then you will get a link with a .pdf URL extension. You can make full use of this URL in your blog by embed the .pdf extension link to your blog entry along with some description about the PDF file. Visitors will view the PDF when they click the PDF URL and load the PDF file successfully.
